Sheldon has over a decade of event production and public speaking experience, underpinned by public engagement that connects heritage sites to new audiences.
His experience ranges in the creation and development of performances, immersive theatrical experiences, talks, reinterpreting historic artworks and exhibits for clients including Pride in London, The National Gallery and the National Trust.
DRAGGED THROUGH HISTORY
Joined by fellow heritage professional Sacha coward and alumni from RuPaul's Drag Race - Sum Ting Wong, Divina DiCampo and Tia Kofi have all taken part in past outings, Dragged Through History gives historical context to Drag, from the Vikings to the present day. An online seminar with a Q and A feature delivered as part of LGBT History Month.
HOUSE PROUD
Working with The National Trust in spotlighting the LGBTQ+ history across many of their properties, I have helped produce and given talks at Hatchlands Park and South Foreland lighthouse, producing evenings filled with drag, music and storytelling.
Attendees have been exceptionally warm to giving prominence to a history that generates much controversy when covered in national media and further leans into the inclusivity The National Trusts promotes across its entire estate.

Part of the Ironbridge Gorge Museum's first foray into exploring its LGBT history, self and others contributed to an online cabaret exploring the Industrial Revolution and the queer history of Shropshire.
